All refund rights under both State and Commonwealth law apply.  Outturn products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.  You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure but not related to misuse.  If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only and reserve the right to not offer a refund or an exchange. If a garment is deemed to be faulty, Outturn will repay the postage costs for your returned garment.  Please see the Returns Procedure below.

If you are not completely satisfied with your product or garment, you can send it back for an exchange or refund. Refunds will only be issued for full priced items.  To be eligible for a return, the garment must be unused, unworn and unwashed – in other words, the garment must be in the same condition it was received with swing tag attached.  To avoid damage when trying on, please remove jewellery and leave all swing tags and accessories attached until you are happy with your purchase. Garments returned with stains or odours will not be accepted and a refund will not be processed on these items. Returns must be made within 30 days of the original shipping date. If an exchange for the same product line is required and is sold out, then a refund or credit note will be issued.  A refund for the purchase price of the product will be made to your credit card, Shopify or PayPal account excluding return shipping costs.

Sale items and accessories are final sale. Exchanges/refunds are processed within 14 days after the return is received. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed.

Returns Procedure
Please email your return and exchange requests to info@outturn.com.au including your original order details along with the reason why a return or exchange is required.  Providing eligibility for a return or exchange, a return postal address will be provided.  Retain your Outturn post bag to be able to re-use the packaging for the return.

We highly recommend that return parcels are tracked when lodged at the Post Office.  Outturn will not be held responsible for lost or damaged freight, so please package carefully. Exchanges/refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned merchandise is received.
